FAQ

How do I create an invitation?

Create it at moj.povabljen.si. To edit an invitation, you must be registered and logged in. After logging in, choose a category, a template, and customize the content.

1.) Choose a design and edit the invitation with your details and photos
2.) Add your guest list and prepare personalized email and phone messages for guests
3.) Review the invitation and, after payment is confirmed, the system automatically sends personalized invitations to guests via email or text message
4.) Track RSVP statistics – who is coming, who is not, and who hasn’t responded yet

Can I change the invitation design later?

Yes, you can change the design at any time. You can also switch categories, but note that different categories may have different sections and elements. If your invitation is already edited, be careful when switching.

How do I add or import guests?

You can add guests manually or import them from Google Contacts, CSV/Excel files, or another invitation. Guest name is required (for personalization). To send, you need an email address or a phone number.

How do I send the invitation to guests?

Once your invitation is ready, go to the “Review & Send” tab. There you can see the sending price and on the payment screen you can enter a discount code.

After successful payment, the system automatically sends invitations to all guests who have an email address or phone number entered.

Each guest receives a personalized email or text message with their name, and the message includes their own personalized invitation.

Does each guest receive a personalized invitation?

Yes. Each guest receives an invitation with their name and a personalized message via email or phone (if provided).

How do guest responses (RSVP) work?

Guests can confirm or decline attendance. You can also add additional questions (e.g., menu choice, music, etc.). All responses are available in the “Statistics” section.

Can I see who is attending the event?

Yes. In the statistics, you can see who is attending, who declined, and who opened the invitation but hasn’t responded yet.

Can I edit the message guests receive?

Yes. You can edit the message in the “Guest List” tab, where you customize both the email text and the phone message. Both are personalized.

Can I add my own images and text?

Yes. You can fully customize the invitation: add your own images, text, location, and in some templates also a photo (selfie) or a logo.

Can I preview the invitation before sending?

Yes. Use the invitation preview. Within invitation the [GUEST_NAME] placeholder is shown as the actual guest name from the list. You can also preview how it looks on tablet and phone.

Can I resend the invitation or edit guests?

Yes. You can add or edit guests at any time. Sent recipients are marked in the “Sent Invitations” table.

Is Povabljen.si easy to use for beginners?

Yes. The app is designed to be simple and suitable for all users.

Can I use Povabljen.si on my phone?

Yes. The app works on mobile devices.
